What people ask us before a 360° virtual tour project starts.
What is a 360° virtual tour?
A walk through your space that the visitor controls, from a computer or a phone. They look around, move from point to point, and see the place the way they would if they were standing in it. It is not a photograph and it is not a video, because in both of those the eye is ours. Here it is theirs.
What does a virtual tour cost?
From 150 euro, before VAT. A starting price, not a package. The final price depends on the size and complexity of the space, lighting conditions, deliverables, how deeply the tour is built, and travel. See the full pricing guide.
Which services do you offer?
Four: virtual tours, 360° photography, tourist accommodation photography and Google Street View. Beyond capture and publishing we also build the interactive layer inside the tour itself, with 3DVista development.
Which sectors is it for?
Hotels and villas, restaurants and bars, real estate, healthcare and the arts. We have also worked in museums and cultural venues, and in industrial spaces. If your space is the reason people choose you, a tour works.
Do you work with museums and cultural venues?
Yes, and those projects have a page of their own at Museums. It is different work from a commercial space: an exhibit needs its time, and the story matters as much as the capture.
How long does a virtual tour take?
Five to seven working days from the shoot to the finished tour. The number of points matters: a small shop is quicker than a hotel with many spaces, so the time follows the volume of the work.
Which areas do you cover?
All of Greece. The base is Thessaloniki, but the projects run from Lefkada to the islands, so distance is not an obstacle.
What do I receive, and who hosts the tour?
Two routes, and you pick. I host it, at 10 euro a month paid yearly or 15 euro a month paid monthly, before VAT, and you get a link that works and embeds into your own site. Or you take the tour folder and upload it to your own hosting, in which case you pay me nothing after delivery.
Does the tour go on Google Maps and Street View?
If you want it to. Google Street View is done on its own or bundled with a full virtual tour. The opposite holds too: if the tour is for internal use, for training or for showing clients, it stays private and is published nowhere.
If my space changes, can the tour be updated?
Yes, whenever you ask. Updating a tour we already built is charged at half the original price, because the setup, the structure and the development already exist and only the capture and the edit are done again.
